Global Call for Partnership and Support:
\nTurning TEPCCA\u2019s Bankable Climate and Environmental Concepts into Reality
\nThe Tigrai Environmental Protection and Climate Change Authority (TEPCCA), in collaboration with esteemed university scholars and technical experts, is pleased to announce the completion of five comprehensive, bankable project documents that address some of the most pressing environmental and climate challenges facing our region.
\nCurrently, we are uploading the concept notes \u2014 concise and strategic versions of these full documents \u2014 to share our vision with the world and invite collaboration toward practical implementation.
\nThese concept notes are scientifically grounded, policy-aligned, and action-oriented, designed to create measurable and lasting impact across key sectors such as:
\n* Sustainable land management
\n* Climate-smart agriculture
\n* Renewable energy transition
\n* Water resource protection
\n* Waste management and circular economy
\n* Ecosystem restoration
\n* Green job creation and community resilience
\nHowever, this initiative comes at a time when Tigrai is emerging from years of devastating conflict. The region has endured severe destruction to its environment, infrastructure, and livelihoods \u2014 scars that remain clearly visible today. Communities are striving to recover, rebuild, and restore not only their homes but also the natural systems that sustain them.
\nIn this critical moment of recovery, environmental restoration and climate resilience are not optional \u2014 they are essential for lasting peace, sustainable growth, and human well-being.
\nWe therefore extend this global call for partnership and support to development agencies, climate finance institutions, NGOs, research organizations, and philanthropic actors. Together, we can translate these concepts into impactful actions that rebuild ecosystems, restore hope, and strengthen communities across Tigrai.
\nYour technical, financial, or institutional partnership can make a transformative difference \u2014 helping turn these visionary concepts into real, sustainable outcomes on the ground.
